Because of our recent Open Retake Day notice that was sent out to all families in our school communities, our Customer Service Team has been inundated with a very large amount of parent inquiries, tripling our call volume. We value our customers and strive to keep response times to 24 hours, however, we are currently averaging a 72 hour response time which we feel is not acceptable.
Geskus is committed to getting back to our standard 24 hour response time to customer inquiries, so our Customer Service Team is working additional hours and over the weekend in order to do so.
I want you to be aware of this and ask that you please pass this information along to any family that may contact the school in frustration with our delayed response. We are on it!

We have opened up another open retake on 11/11 at our Seabrook Studio. They will need to call our Customer Service line to book an appointment.
Geskus photo retake day is currently completely booked. They are working on getting an additional photographer or opening up an additional retake day.
